Without tip, includes 4 interchangeable tip & one lightweight detachable resin handle. Bullet / rounded tip dissectors are used to dissect and destroy connective tissue during the formation of access channels from the navel to the breast. You can also use these instruments to create a pocket under the breast where the implant will be placed.
