Freer Mucosa Knife

Alira’s Freer Septum Knife is a specialized tool used for septoplasty procedures. The D-shaped blade is designed to cut through cartilage and mucosa. The blade is slightly larger than the Freer Mucosa knife for a greater cutting surface. The knife may be also used to score the mucosa using parallel cuts.
