Our major concern is customer happiness. We want you to be totally happy with the product. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your product if you need to refund or change it. Items must be returned in their original container and in genuine, untouched condition. The consumer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Some of our products come with free delivery, so please keep in mind that if you return one of these items, our real outbound shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund. I items will be examined, prior to giving your compensation back. The standard shipping fees may be waived, If exchanging for another item of equal or better value.
Step 1:
You must first get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code before exchanging any merchandise. Without an RMA number, no exchanges of any kind will be allowed. When contacting for an RMA number, please have the following details handy: the customer’s name, transaction number, reference number, and the issue at hand. Please contact Alira Medical Devices Customer Service for an RMA number and return procedures, or initiate a return online.
Step 2:
If you purchased with a credit card, your account will be credited with the amount charged after the merchandise is received. Receipts will only be issued in the original payment method. Expect 2-4 weeks from the time we receive the returned merchandise to get your refund check via Alira Medical Devices if you purchased by check or money order.
Step 3:
You are accountable for managing the transportation of the merchandise back to the relevant Alira Medical Devices facility for all product returns. You can send your package via UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier.
Step 4:
We deeply apologize for the difficulty and inconvenience if you are returning a damaged or incorrectly sent item from Alira Medical Devices. We will pay you for the delivery charges as well as the cost of returning the merchandise to us. You are responsible for the original delivery fees as well as the return shipping expenses for any additional exchanges.
If your product has to be repaired or returned, please save all packing materials and paperwork.

Defective products will be accepted accordingly by Alira Medical Devices within a 7-day time period of the invoice date for money, replacement, or repair, at Almira Medical Devices’ judgment and decision. The other items and products such as wheelchairs and patient lifts, if any, would be accepted under a 7-day quick turn in time, otherwise the manufacturer’s warranty would be attached.
Alira Medical Devices accepts some non-defective items to be returned in exchange for a refund or replacement. Returns permitted by Alira Medical Devices are subject to up to a 20% restoration fee and must be performed within 7 days of the attached invoice. Titanium wheelchairs, custom wheelchairs, and other bespoke equipment may be returned to Alira Medical Devices for repairs only, as per the company’s return policy; no reimbursements or replacements will be given at any time.
All products to be returned must be intact, in resalable condition, and contain all original packaging material, booklets, blank guarantee cards, and any accessories given by the producer within 7 days of the attached invoice.
Alira Medical Devices has the right to accept goods returns after the 7-day period has passed since the invoice date. After 7 days, if the product is approved, a credit will be granted for potential customer purchases in the future.
*NOTIFICATION OF AN UNAUTHORIZED RETURN* Buyers will be billed shipping and refund fees for unlawful returns that must be diverted to one of Almira Medical Devices’ warehouses.
Some products such as surgical instruments or used products would not be accepted, exchanged, or returned due to hygiene complications.
All custom/special orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
