Ballenger swivel knife , which is a uniquely designed knife that consists of a flat handle, a shaft and two prongs which harbor a rotating blade. The blade can rotate 360 degrees in its axis and swivel at the tip. Therefore, it can cut the tissues based on the direction of the operators hands.
