Parkes Gouge
A typical instrument used in rhinoplasty treatments is the Parkes Hump Gouge. The nasal dorsum is where the gouge is most frequently utilized to alter the angle of the bony hump by scraping away pieces of bone. To reduce tissue damage to the surrounding area, the gouge is additionally double guarded.
