The Richardson-Eastman Retractor is the Richardson Retractor with two ends. It’s a right-angle retractor that you grasp in your palm to hold back layers of tissue near to the surface. Both concave blades have a crescent-shaped lip and have different diameters. The smaller blade is frequently used for an initial retraction before the bigger blade is introduced for complete retraction.
